bbq with branding irons Your design is cut into a stainless steel or brass alloy plate. Normal iron sizes are available for up to 16 square inches of surface area, larger sizes can also be made. Stainless steel, bronze and brass components are easily cleaned and will not rust or corrode. They even retain their hardness and integrity under most high heat applications.

Our traditional fire heated irons have an extra long 9" shaft and wooden handle for safety. Our stainless steel heads are FDA approved for contact with food products and are deep engraved for better image clarity. Use over any open flame or put it right into your bbq grill.

Our electric irons maintain proper working temperature with their built in voltage regulator and come with a three-wire, grounded cord for operator safety. The burn-resistant, flexible, neoprene power cord will withstand accidental contact with a hot iron. Branding head and all other iron parts are separately replaceable for maximum versatility and economy. Ultra strong alloy-steel, nickel plated case and hardwood iron handle permits a shorter, well-balanced iron with excellent directional control.

We also optimize your logo or artwork for a better looking brand. With our years of experience we know which small details don't show up well. Our in house artist will clarify your engraving for the cleanest branded impression possible. As with any quality product, care must be taken when using your branding iron to insure the best looking brand. Even temperature, pressure & contact time all contribute to the branded quality. Different work piece materials require specific contact time and pressure.

You will find our irons easy to use and easy to care for. Brandish Branding Irons are available in traditional; heated over a gas, wood or coal flame. And electric; heated with a built-in sustained temperature heating element.

Shown above is our electrically heated iron of choice. It maintains a constant heat and can be used for more demanding or production branding applications.

At left is our traditional fire heated iron. Heat over a gas, wood or coal flame, just hold the iron on its side over the flame for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. With a little practice you will be able to determine the appropriate time needed to heat your iron for each application.
